David Massie

David Massie brings more than three decades of executive-level experience in real estate, paired with a lifelong commitment to ministry and community service. As a licensed California Real Estate Broker, he has managed and developed assets across retail, office, medical, industrial, and multi-family sectors with transactional values exceeding $500 million. Over the course of his career, David has served as Vice President and Regional Director for major property management firms, brokered and managed portfolios for public and private equity clients, and founded Pacific Realty Consultants, where he continues to oversee residential and commercial management and leasing operations.

David’s expertise spans the full spectrum of real estate—new construction pro forma development, permitting and project management, leasing, asset repositioning, and tenant and landlord negotiations. His leadership has shaped portfolios from small residential holdings to multi-million-square-foot retail and commercial assets, always with a focus on financial sustainability, compliance, and long-term value creation.

Beyond real estate, David is an ordained pastor who has planted churches, taught Bible courses, and served faithfully in ministry for decades. He currently serves as Regional Field Director for Bible League International, where he oversees outreach and teaching efforts that strengthen communities through faith and service.
