ECHO (Equitable Connections to Housing Opportunities) invites developers and property owners to submit proposals for partnership opportunities focused on affordable housing in Los Angeles. We are seeking:
Properties in high-opportunity locations
Developments with affordability covenants
Partners aligned with our mission
Long-term community investment
Our goal is to form Limited Partnership Agreements or implement on-site support services that improve tenant retention, property performance, and community well-being. Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis.
