Rogelio “Rogie” Arellano brings more than 20 years of experience in property management, real estate operations, and homelessness services to his leadership role. His career spans management of large residential and commercial portfolios, regional housing initiatives, and direct service to vulnerable populations in Los Angeles County.

Rogie spent over a decade in property management, overseeing thousands of residential and commercial units across California. His expertise includes staff supervision, budgeting, contract negotiation, vendor management, and tenant relations, with a consistent focus on maintaining strong owner-tenant partnerships and high operational standards.

From 2019 to 2022, Rogie served at PATH (People Assisting the Homeless) as a Housing Specialist and later as Program Manager for the Residential and Property Support Services (RPSS) program. In these roles, he built landlord networks, facilitated housing placements, and led program staff delivering housing retention and mediation services. He ensured compliance with multimillion-dollar government contracts, provided training and oversight to frontline staff, and collaborated with community partners to expand permanent housing opportunities across Los Angeles. At Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA), Rogie is an integral part of the Unit Acquisitions Team working with Master Leasing sites and Asset Management.
