Vishal Hotchandani is a real estate finance and development professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate lending, capital markets, and multifamily housing development. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading real estate finance firms, structuring acquisition, bridge, and construction financing for a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

Drawing on his background in both lending and development, Vishal brings a unique perspective on the financial, operational, and strategic considerations that drive successful affordable housing initiatives. His experience includes underwriting complex transactions, evaluating development opportunities, and navigating the financing required to move projects from concept to completion.

Today, Vishal is actively involved in the acquisition and development of multifamily communities throughout Los Angeles, with a focus on expanding housing opportunities in underserved neighborhoods. His work reflects a commitment to creating high-quality, thoughtfully designed housing that balances financial sustainability with long-term community impact.

As a member of ECHO's Board of Directors, Vishal provides valuable expertise in real estate finance, development strategy, and project feasibility. His guidance supports the organization's efforts to expand affordable housing opportunities, build mission-aligned partnerships, and advance innovative solutions that increase access to stable housing across Los Angeles County.

Vishal earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
